Our involvement in the steelmaking industry goes back many years: we developed pneumatic spray nozzles for steelmaking applications in 1983, where they were used for cooling purposes in continuous casting operations and also put to use in other applications. Our spray nozzles are also used in processes including descaling, washing, surface treatment, and dust suppression.
Our spray nozzles are used in a wide variety of manufacturing processes relating to engine powertrains, automobile bodies, painting and coating, bumpers, outfitting, and car electronics, amongst others.

Furthermore, the multimedia-presentation effects we provide using fog, sound, light and other such elements during shows and visual displays at locations including commercial facilities, parks, amusement parks and event venues have been met with widespread praise in recent years.
Solutions produced by IKEUCHI include humidification of hospitals and care facilities, indoor disinfection, medical product packing, and many more. Our nozzles are furthermore used in mist saunas and toilet cleaning.
In order to achieve required safety levels at the power plants that provide us with electric power, IKEUCHI spray nozzles are used for fire-prevention purposes at many such facilities. Moreover, because power provision stability poses a major challenge for power plant operators, we are pursuing novel measures such as the use of spray nozzles to cool the intake-air in power-generating facilities with the aim of bolstering output during the summer, a season that hinders efficiency with its high temperatures.
In the construction industry, we use spray nozzles in construction sites to keep down dust, prevent heatstroke among workers and rectify other such problems.
